OGH Management & Maintenance provides professional asset and property management services to individuals and business entities owning residential and commercial properties, ranging from single-family homes and duplexes held for investment purposes to shopping centers, office buildings, medical office buildings, and multi-family apartment complexes. OGH Managements professionals work with HOA and BOA organizations and arrange for supervised maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of clients real estate assets by its staff contractors.
OGH Real Estate provides all acquisition, disposition, and leasing for OGH and OGH clients. This division employs licensed real estate agents and professionals who serve the client's requests, seeking to buy and sell commercial, retail, and residential investment real estate as well as raw land.
Job Description Outside Sales Representative (OSR) 1099 Contractor
The Outside Sales Representative Property Management Services (OSR) is responsible for increasing sales by soliciting and developing relationships with property owners, realtors, brokers, and other similar groups in need of commercial and residential property management services in the DFW, Austin, and other select markets in Texas. In addition to property management, maintenance services, and construction management services. OGH also provides back-office support to owners who self-manage their properties but need additional support in accounting, legal notices, etc. The OSR will be responsible for identifying prospective clients through their personal prospect database and/or through lead lists provided by OGH. The OSRs responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management and informing potential customers of service features and benefits. You should also be able to create and present persuasive sales proposals to prospects to encourage sales and repeat business.
To be successful as an OSR, you should be persuasive and have excellent negotiation skills. Ultimately, an exceptional OSR should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills to meet or exceed sales targets continually.
